I had a horrible experience at this establishment this evening. I have been a patron for many years and it’s disheartening how... downhill the service has gone. I checked my order prior to leaving and was not satisfied with the order. I requested a refundand the manager came and told me that it was nothing wrong with the food and he was not giving me a refund. I am a customer andif I am not satisfied with the product I should have been granted a refund. I will never patronize this establishment again. Iwanted to share this experience. Read more

I love them, seriously. Super easy to order, fast & courteous delivery (well packaged), yummy food. I used to order from them... all the time years ago because they were the best. I recently moved back and of course you go with what you know - I am so happyto report that they are just as excellent as I remember. 5 stars. Read more

I was very underwhelmed with the food I received today. I asked for extra spicy and it had none. I had to add my own. They use... what taste like cheap canned mushrooms. And the fried rice is terrible. It is rice, soy, and egg. It is dry and flavorless. On agood note, it was cheap. So I apparently got what I paid for. A lesson on what not to get again. Read more

This Chinese restaurant really stands out among other copy and paste ones in the city. Although the menu doesn’t differ too... much the quality of the food is outstanding, something about the made to order instead of just cooking all the food beforehandreally pleases the pallet. Also the service is excellent, everytime I’ve had even the slightest problem with my food themanager will personally call back to fix the problem whether it’d be replacing my order or giving me credit on my next one tomake up for a mistake. The staff are also extremely friendly and even know me by name. Rare to see such dedication from a smalllocal restaurant at this level, would highly recommend. Read more

The good is the prices were unmatched for other similar cuisine locally. The bad is the quality of the entrée was poor. My... chicken felt slimy and I had multiple pieces I had to spit out unfortunately. The fried rice had almost no flavor and was mush.I couldn't eat most of my meal. So I suppose the price doesn't outweigh the quality if the food isn't very edible... Read more

My first time here and my rice was hard like it was cooked the day with no seasoning before my chicken had weird crunchy pieces... in it or a lot of gristle the Rangoon was decent and the broccoli that came with my combo plate was almost raw not even fullycooked they need to focus on the quality of their food Read more

Short form: + Recommend the Chicken Lo Mein (half order - it's still a LOT of food), spicy with extra vegetables. Also, egg... rolls. + The new online ordering system is a major improvement. + I especially love how the food is not overly heavy or greasy.I never feel like I have eaten a rock after eating here. Long form: I grew up in Sioux Falls, SD, and there was a restaurantcalled Golden Wall which has since unfortunately closed. I do not know anything about real Chinese food; however, growing upgoing to Golden Wall was a special and fairly rare treat. The first time I ate food from Wok Express, memories of my childhoodcame flooding back. This place has nailed their product. They are consistent in their quality, price, and service throughout theyears I have been eating their food. I'm more of a "4 stars because there's always room for improvement" person, but here Iwould rather this place never change... unless maybe they put in a massive aquarium with giant goldfish and dining room likeGolden Wall had. The food isn't overly fancy or anything like that, but it is pretty awesome and worth a try next time you want"Chinese Take-Out". Read more

Neighborhood strip-center place with all the usual Americanized Chinese dishes served fast and hot. I dined inside (5 tables),... and there was a steady flow of takeaway traffic. My guess is almost all their traffic is local carryout. Read more
