Absolutely the best service in the car industry
I entered the drive thru at 6:30pm, the line was not long at that moment(only 3 cars in front of me) ordered two coffees and two... teas. When i got to the window to pay the girl she called out the wrong order, when i said no that wasn't my order she didn'tknow what to do. Another employee came over and i had to tell her my order again. The first girl then took my payment andclosed the window but didn't tell me anything. I then sat there for another 6 minutes before she opened the window to ask if iwanted a tray for my four drinks. So it took 14 minutes in total to get my order and not one word was said or no one apologizedfor the long wait. I really hope this store can improve it's service in the drive thru because this was terrible !! Read more
As expected, clean, efficient friendly staff.
The staff are just too sweet. Store looks great. Showcases are full always.
I visited there today and there was a lady without uniform she was rude an arrogant she don't know how to serve customers and... she doesn't respect people who visit here i am very upset because of her. The peoples who manage this tims please make sure thatthe action is taken. And the reason she was like this we asked for 2nd cup of water. I want to say if she is not good at dealingwith customer then why don't she learn it. Read more

The ice capps here are absolutely disgusting. I just moved back a week ago and I haven't gotten one decent ice capp from this... location. They are extremely bitter, borderline sour. Tastes nothing like cappuccino which is how they are supose to taste whenthe machine is working properly and being cleaned as well as being made correctly. Typically pick coffee up here for my parentsand than go to the other tims location for my ice capp. Pretty sure your turning the machine off when it's not busy, notcleaning the machine enough, or not checking to make sure the proper amount of cream is being dispensed. It's a $4.47 drink ..not cheap ! Read more
I usually go to the other location. I don't understand why the ice capps from here are always so awful. They handed me a black... ice capp, I asked for extra cream and got a speech about how I should be asking for extra cream when I make my order. Well .. anormal ice capp don't need extra cream. If it do than there's something wrong. Read more
