Marysvale Utah is a very small unique town,. We enjoy visiting the area. In the cooler months when we are not camping, we stay... at Paiute Trails Inn. Of small town hotels, it is always clean and nice to stay in. The Inn has very nice owners and folksworking there. We stayed in the standard room, but they have a nice remolded family suite. Outside of the typical/normal roomamenities, there is a decent parking area for visitors with trucks and trailers. Read more

The rooms are very nice, especially for the price! They have large tvs with streaming services and really cool log furniture,... super quaint and homey. The staff is also top tier, they go above and beyond to make your stay is a great one. And it?s rightthere in town (which of course is right where some of the trails start!) really pleased with this place. Read more

This is a cautionary review of the room (0 stars) and the diner (4 stars). Stayed in pet friendly room #7 August 2022. I spoke... with the manager who said the owner who bought the property about 1.5 years ago was "thinking" about improvements. We paid for3 nights but only stayed 1 night when we decided at 9pm on the second night to take our side-by-side and go home. We wererefunded 1 night stay when I called the manager the next morning. The 1 star rating is because of how bad the room was. Room 7is a room where you can stay with your pets, in out case two dogs. It has old carpet which is nasty, smelly, dirty looking. Petrooms should only be solid flooring of some sort. In fact, any motel recently remodeled now has laminate or vinyl floors in allrooms. The 2 queen mattresses looked and felt like they were 40 years old with spongy, squeaky, uncomfortable springs. Thebathroom (which had laminate flooring) smelled musty and foul. The sink outside the bathroom would take 30 minutes to drain. The mini-fridge was barely adequate to cool water bottles. It rained while we were there and the whole room smelled dank. Thediner/café at the far end of the motel was run by a mother and her daughter on our visit. Very friendly and attentive. It isonly open from 8am - 11am (10am Sundays) due to a staff shortage. Good breakfast of pancakes, eggs, bacon, hash browns andcranberry juice. Much more than we could eat and at a reasonable price. Bottom line, eat at the diner but stay somewhere else. Read more

Excellent!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dion who manages the hotel is awesome, the ladies that work in the... restaurant are friendly and went out of their way to provide us a good meal even though it was almost closing time. The roomsare comfortable, clean and the price is very cheap! The owner even made a trip to check to see if we needed anything! Whatmore can I say??? Read more

Excellent customer service! The lady (Dion) at the hotel was so friendly! She could relate to the long cold day on the bike we... had. She gave us a room with an excellent hot meal right next door. Read more

We had lunch there as we were passing through and my family really enjoyed the meal. The staff was very friendly. The salad,... grilled cheese and fries were all great. The only mix up was when I ordered their chicken burger with the jack cheese andpepper, where they gave me a beef burger instead of chicken. The apple pie with ice cream special was a fave. Please considerstopping in if you're hungry and in the neighborhood. Read more
