This can never get the order right. Ordered egg and sausage croissant. And I got bacon egg croissant. Worker need more training.
The worst place to get food in general I have no idea how they are still open I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru and there... were only 2 or 3 cars in front of me every time I go or my brother goes it takes a really long time and I see so many reviewsthat are saying the exact same thing. Horrible customer service and wait time is longer than a sit down restaurant. This placeneeds to get shut down or they just need to get new employees but I?ll definitely never be coming back. Poorly trained employees providing bad customer service with questionable management. Food preparation was poorly excuted by... forgetting to add basic condiments you expect on your food. My order was missing a few items which I had to drive back for onlyto find out they ran out of "whopper," so they gave me a "double whopper" instead. At this moment, for fear of losing more braincells I decided to leave with my order that I waited for 26 minutes. No, it wasn't busy. Just unhappy and confused employeesblaming each other for their failures which includes the manager. I do not recommend this store. If employees and managementcan let the basic things go wayside in food preparation and customer service, what else have they let go by the wayside. Read more
Waited in line yesterday around 7pm. TONS of flies in the facility.. had about 10 of them land on me in the little time i was... there... No one in line ahead of me, one of the workers told the cashier that had her back away from us talking to another Coworker.. "there is customers ahead of you" her response was "oh, I know" & continued her conversation. Safe to say after that Ileft and will not be returning. They need to get better management/team or shut this location down. All these bad reviews shouldbe enough warning to check this location out. Read more
This place needs to close down or hire a team who actually wants to work. Took forever to take the order. Took forever to get... the order. Order was wrong. No ice! Soda is flat, no fizz! No ranch. And the lettuce looks nasty. Read more
