Ordered online paid when got to store told me order was cooking waited and waited nothing checked app said it was complete... finally told me they messed up and would make new pizzas husband to upset to wait walked out without pizzas or are money backhow can you mess up two pepperoni pizzas I?ve with olives? Really need to get it together this isn?t the first time this hashappened and now we won?t be back. This place got the order right. They took the time to answer questions I had. Nice friendly staff. Food is good.
Today I guess they are under staffed? I?m sorry if that?s the case but I ordered online and halfway through my order they called... me and said I had to CANCEL my order. Like there was no choice, I paid already. He didn?t want to work is what he said prettymuch and said ?it would be 3 hours if I wanted it cold? I called at 11pm. He said he wouldn?t let me pick it up. The store saysthe lobby is open and the driver would be under an hour. There is one women in there, I think a team leader. When she is in,it?s usually fine. Other than that it?s a mess. I?ve order the regular pizza many times and for weeks it was a totally differentpizza than it is now. No joke, was sold a pizza without SAUCE! I?m sorry I know it seems like a lie but I?m not even joking.. wecalled and they were mad and thought we were lying until bringing it in. Things are either over done or underdone. Ordered 2 pizza?s and cheesy bread at 6:24. 2 hours later we got our delivery. Upon opening the pizza?s, we were given the wrong... order. I called immediately and they said the proper order will be sent out. Still waiting an hour since the wrong order wasdelivered. In total it?s been 3 hours since my order was placed. We ordered online. Our order was ready on time. The service was very good. Everyone was very polite and friendly. We got the... order home and discovered it was a greasy soggy mess. The cheese bread had too much cheese and was soggy. The pizza was sogreasy there was grease everywhere. I doubt we would order from this location again. Read more
I am NOT a happy customer, ordered online garlic twist + cinnamon twist. The appearance wasn't good, small like last minute... dough of the day + garlic twist box was very oily underneath the paper, seeping through, my husband picked it up for me, Icalled, they wouldn't replace it, I have to go back tonight. I am sorry my husband drove over 1 hour. I am disappointed thatthey CAN'T replace it for another day. I took pictures of it - not appealing. Dough does not taste fresh. Read more
