Placed an order through the app. Spent 23 minutes waiting for food. When it came, no fries in the bag. Went inside to get the... fries. I waited directly in front of an employee who wouldn't acknowledge me until I said "excuse me". She wasn't blatantlyrude, just dismissive. I explained to problem. She approached 3 other employees. Not one of them moved to help. every time I order food my food is either cold or hard. I just got a door-dash from McDonald's and my Nuggets were cold and dry... and my fries were stale and had pepper or something black sprinkled on them. very nasty. Read more
wouldnt honor my mobile order, claiming i dint pay for items even though i selected them and they were shown on my reciept...... the whole point of the rewards and deals are to get stuff u dont pay for... likewise their big mac patties are as thin as paperand might be better off eating the actual wrapper they come in.
