Placed an order through the app. Spent 23 minutes waiting for food. When it came, no fries in the bag. Went inside to get the... fries. I waited directly in front of an employee who wouldn't acknowledge me until I said "excuse me". She wasn't blatantlyrude, just dismissive. I explained to problem. She approached 3 other employees. Not one of them moved to help. She came back,asked for a receipt, so I showed her proof of purchase in the app. Took another 13 minutes to put 2 orders of fries in a bag.The whole experience was unacceptable. Read more
every time I order food my food is either cold or hard. I just got a door-dash from McDonald's and my Nuggets were cold and dry... and my fries were stale and had pepper or something black sprinkled on them. very nasty. Read more
wouldnt honor my mobile order, claiming i dint pay for items even though i selected them and they were shown on my reciept...... the whole point of the rewards and deals are to get stuff u dont pay for... likewise their big mac patties are as thin as paperand might be better off eating the actual wrapper they come in. Had a mobile order, waited 20 minutes for the mobile order!! I ordered a 4 pc nuggets happy meal and a hamburger happy meal with... 2 cheese burgers!!! I got home and my daughters opened up their ?Happy Meal? to only be disappointed of only to find ?ONE?chicken nugget!!! And as for the hamburger, there was nothing on it, no pickles, ketchup NOTHING!! Just a very dry pattie andbun!! For the two cheese burgers on it there was a note that said ?will done, plain? which I did not order!! Such adisappointment!! Did not get my Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. It was missing from my order. I got all the way home to be disappointed. If they... are going to hand me my food. Make sure that it is all there. I have better luck having it delivered to me than I do goingthrough drive thru. Read more
My order was beyond simple. I got a number 2, 20 piece chicken nuggets, and a large fri. They didn't give me my Fri or the sauce... for my chicken nuggets and I know some people are fine with chicken nuggets plain but for me the sweet and sour is the bestpart. ???? So disappointed. Read more
