Dear God almighty. You can't order a pizza via a phone call. App doesn't work. How do you order a pizza????! When you do get... through its a call line in another area that has to look up your zip. Then you need to verify it's the right restaurant, all forthem to tell you no phone orders! Look at all my reviews, I hardly post negative ones but this is rediculous! Read more
Nightmare store with horrible service, i put in an order for delivery around 10 pm, they said it was received, and was being... prepared, that it'd be delivered at 12:10 am. It never came, and now I can't even call the store because they're closed. I spentover 60 dollars! And I didn't even order a lot, just a medium pizza, fries, and wings. I'm so mad. Read more

This order was easily and by far the most convenient and quickly delivered ever.. at least what I have experienced at different... locations, ordering different food. In the app, for a carryout option, you can add more detail of your car's make and model andchoose color. I was right on the dot, parked, opened the Pizza Hut application to notify them that I am here and before I evenhad a chance to click, the employee holding my order was already next to my driver's side window. Brilliant. Signs were easy tospot for a carryout. Now to the "you've said all the nice stuff, what's there left to say?" Here it is: I may judge harshly whenit comes to pricing since I have never had a pleasure of ordering a Pizza from Pizza Hut. The taste doesn't justify its price.Ordering two quality pizzas with at least five toppings can easily render your pockets empty, if you are on a budget, which Iwas not. My initial order was close to $60 for just two pizzas. I know they are famous, but it is only for those who would wantto have a change of taste once in a blue moon. That melty cheese flavor was not just there for me. Their large pizza looksmedium, and medium looks small. I have been to places where the word "large" means.. it will feast your eyes first. We used to order from this Pizza Hut. We found a local pizza place that we really enjoy and have since only ordered from it.... Last night my wife decided she wanted to try this Pizza Hut again. We order a pepperoni lovers pan Pizza, a beef black olive andmushroom thin crust, an order of cheese sticks, and an order of cinna sticks. We placed the order for curbside pickup. I arrivedat Pizza hut and was surprised that there was no way to let them know, from the app, that I arrived. So, I had to call them andlet them know I was there. They quickly brought out our order. I had them place it in the back of my SUV so there was nocontact, due to Covid. I should have checked the order. I arrived home and my wife asked if they had given me a separate bag forthe dipping sauces. The bread sticks should have come with a marinara sauce and the cinna sticks should have come with an icing.It was never put in our order. My wife called and she was told we could come back and get them or they would credit our accountfor a couple of dollars. I wasn't driving another 30 mins, there and back to get them. They should have been in our order.Obviously no one checks the orders before they go out to make sure they are complete. My wife was pretty upset that theycouldn't get that right. The Pizza was just dry and dull. It was like there was no sauce on it. The breadsticks were dry and didnot taste good. Without icing the cinna sticks were pointless. I don't know how any passes this off as good Pizza. We learnedour lesson. We will continue to order from our favorite local Pizza place. At least their pizza is how a good pizza is supposedto be. Very tasty. I loved the Detroit style (although I don't think have it anymore, right now) and the thin crust is crispy and... tasty. The chicken wings have several flavors including an aggressively hot flavor, hotter than most places from which you canget Buffalo wings delivered. Read more
We had the all meat lover's original pizza. It was nice and fresh and actually really good. The girl that took our order was... sweet and prompt. The place was clean. Unfortunately the parking is quite awkward. Other than that all was good. Read more
