Never again ! We ordered a pizza 1 1/2 hours before pickup time. We arrived and went to order / pickup counter. The two... employees went out of their way to ignore us . They would never look are way even when coming around the counter to take a phoneorder. Extremely rude , 15 minutes later wife said excuse me we had an order to pickup. They looked at each other and said wedidn?t get it and went back to ignoring us . I had a confirmation number. The person whom assume was the manager was outside onher cell phone. I used to love the pizza. Unfortunately for the last several months my order is always anywhere from a half hour to an hour... late. Also our order is always messed up. Last week our cheese sticks were completely burnt. This week our pizzas wereundercooked and the Supreme didn't have pepperoni on it. Just so disappointed and we've had nothing but bad service and foodalmost every week for months. We are just done with this place. Read more

This is the worst Casey's I've ever visited. Went in there at 630 pm no pizza in the display rack. I tried to order a whole... pizza and they told me a hour wait. I can understand a little wait but no slices in the case. So much for Casey's being a quickstop. Read more
After last night, I don't think I'll ever come back to this location. I ordered a pizza, said it would be ready by 7:04pm, I... waited til almost 7:40 before it was done. 2 cashier's were just standing around, doing nothing. I came, it was slow but then 3others came in, waiting on their orders also. The boy in the kitchen was extremely rude. Had a smug look on his face. Talkingbacking to customers as they asked why their orders weren't ready. Then to make matters worse, my ticket clearly says "SQUARECUT", they cut in slices instead. I suggest either they step it up & retrain or hire better staff or the manager needs to go.This all reflects on management. Ur only as good as the staff u hire. I'm going to the Blue Rapids location from now on. Atleast Harley Ground knows how to treat his workers to where they serve their customers with respect. Read more
As a Preggo lady on her way to her father in laws (5 hour trip). I am grateful for this 24 hour store. Clean, highly lit, but... most of all clean and nice smelling bathroom ????????. I am not sure why but of all the Casey's in the area, Beatrice, Washington, and Blue Rapids the Marysville one always has the... least impressive pizza. This has been the case for me for three years so it is not the employees'. and I say least impressivebecause it is not bad, but simply subpar. Read more
