Fry's are always cold, have to repeat my order many times, never get my drink right unless Dallas is working!
They will take more than one order at the drive-thru if you need separate orders they're very friendly and kind
It's what I got for a small combo. The cashier stomped desperately because more cars were arriving by drive thru. Terrible... customer service. Now understand why looking for smiles faces to work there. The guy in the kitchen made my burger very goodexcept for the fries that I didn't get. Read more
I drive a truck, I parked my truck at the fuel station and walked to Hardee?s in the rain (no problem). I went in to order my... food and get back onto the road, as I was at the register inside they told me there was no indoor dining and refused to serveme. My options were to stand in a line of vehicles in the rain or to leave and go somewhere else. I chose the latter of thoseoptions and I will not come back. I was able to order food there 3 times in the past 2 weeks without issue, kind ofdisappointing. Read more
