Normally I have no complaints about my local Subway but today my husband and I went in to order and the 2 girls working were... both outside smoking with friends. We waited and waited but they never did come inside so we left. When we walked out the doorall of them acted surprised even though our car was right beside them. Read more
Never had a problem or concern with my sandwiches, but I tried to use a coupon that I had received in the mail and was told they... don't take coupons in the drive through. How is that any different than me going inside and you accepting it? The coupon clearlystated it was only not accepted for delivery. I should have told them I didn't want the sandwich. The only reason I went therewas because I had the coupon and then they refused to honor it. Adding this to my list of places I won't eat again. Sorry notsorry Subway. Read more
Fast service and good food but I got double charged for a sandwich when I only got the one. When I went back in to tell them I... got told that I needed to come back on Monday when their managers are in or wait an hour and maybe their co-worker who wascoming in would know what to do. Just a word of advice if an employee doesn't know how to take care of any surprises that comeup than maybe they shouldn't be on their own.
