I went through drive-thru Didn't get what I ordered and didn't want to go through again ,they were busy
This place was beyond awful! It took them forever to even take our order and then even longer to get our food. They were out of... so many things like taco shells! Read more
Their hours are either incorrect or the employees were not willing to help a customer almost 45 minutes before close. The lobby... was closed when I tried to walk up around 9:15 pm and no one answered at the drive thru 3 minutes later. There were definitelystill employees in the building and cars in the parking lot. After leaving the drive-thru I called to let them know I wanted to refund on the food that they made. The food was either really... hard and the cheese not melted or it was only half of an order the shift lead that was working the day I called told me I wouldhave to wait 3 days for the GM to be in so I could call the GM so I told her fine I would save the food and bring it in 3 dayslater I get off the phone with the GM after 3 days the GM is very rude and told me they would not issue a refund without thefood and when I told the GM I had the food the GM was very disgusted that I held on to the food for 3 days I asked for hermanager's name and the GM wouldn't give me that information told me to call 1-800 Taco Bell the employees are very rude and whenyou try to have something fixed on their mistake you don't know what's going to happen. I guarantee this will be the last timeI've ever been to this location not to mention they already owe me food because they put jalapenos on that I was allergic but Iwill never return to this location and if anybody asked me to go pick up food for them or ask a recommendation I will not do it.
