Their hours are either incorrect or the employees were not willing to help a customer almost 45 minutes before close. The lobby... was closed when I tried to walk up around 9:15 pm and no one answered at the drive thru 3 minutes later. There were definitelystill employees in the building and cars in the parking lot. After leaving the drive-thru I called to let them know I wanted to refund on the food that they made. The food was either really... hard and the cheese not melted or it was only half of an order the shift lead that was working the day I called told me I wouldhave to wait 3 days for the GM to be in so I could call the GM so I told her fine I would save the food and bring it in 3 dayslater I get off the phone with the GM after 3 days the GM is very rude and told me they would not issue a refund without thefood and when I told the GM I had the food the GM was very disgusted that I held on to the food for 3 days I asked for hermanager's name and the GM wouldn't give me that information told me to call 1-800 Taco Bell the employees are very rude and whenyou try to have something fixed on their mistake you don't know what's going to happen. I guarantee this will be the last timeI've ever been to this location not to mention they already owe me food because they put jalapenos on that I was allergic but Iwill never return to this location and if anybody asked me to go pick up food for them or ask a recommendation I will not do it. Always friendly at this location but they seem to screw up my order quite frequently. This time they forgot my cinnamon sticks.... Which usually taste like old fryer oil. So I probably did myself a favor. Who needs the empty calories anyway... Read more
Every time I go to this location the food tastes like it has been reheated. Beans are thick like clay. Today was the final... straw. My sister put an online order in for us to pick up and I wanted to place an order too. We told her that we had an onlineorder and an order that we wanted to place. We were told that we would have to go back around for the second order. Completelyridiculous. They say this every time I want to add something at the window too. This location needs to just shut down it'sgiving Taco Bell a bad name. We get your short-handed but I would rather wait an hour for good food than get it cold orreheated. I've never had a restaurant so stingy with their product. I ordered a crunch wrap, and it had at most a tablespoon of meat,... barely any lettuce and like 5 pieces of tomato. It was 90% tortilla. Read more
Food was amazing, nacho fries are the best, and the service was also amazing. There's 7 of us and they accidentally forgot some... parts of our order. They gladly fixed it and even gave us some free cinnamon twists for the inconvenience. 9.8/10 Read more
