Ordered on line and picked up inside. Two chicken chalupas were ordered and received two chicken gorditas instead and the $3.00... black bean cup, even with the addition of jalapenos, onions, tomatoes, and nacho cheese barely filled half of the tiny bowl.Didn't realize any of this until arriving home, 15 minutes away and decided it wasn't worth going back to resolve. I ordered a 12 pack of tacos with extra sauce and sour cream. Your employees served me with kindness and my order was... phenomenal. They were loaded with lettuce and cheese. I also only sat in their drive thru for maybe 5 minutes tops and that hasnever happened to me before at a Taco Bell, any day of the week at any hour. It's just a shame that the pictures of the food that are posted are nothing but advertisements except for the picture with the... broken nasty looking Taco in it.. Check out the beautiful pictures I posted of Del Taco in Chesterfield for the same price. Ihave completely lost my love for Taco Bell do the continued wrong orders and sloppily made food with just a hint of shreddedcheese and a thin line of beef, give me a break. We drive from downtown Port Huron to Chesterfield to get Del Taco because everyTaco Bell around here has shorted us and they have no quality in their food anymore due to the way the workers present it andobviously that's the way they're told to make it, you're lucky if you even get napkins anymore.... This location needs MAJOR work. Restaurant so disgustingly dirty ... always a long wait in the drive thru. Poor customer... service. Girl at window tells us they ran out of large cups so she "managed to fit the pop in a medium cup" THAT doesn't evenmake sense! Box meal didn't come in the box. Everything was just thrown in a big bag with lettuce and cheese spilling all over!They forgot my naked chicken taco had to go back. Hard shell tacos cracked thru the bottom bc there was so much grease. Nowlet's talk about the missing naked taco that I had to turn around to get. The thing was so hard it hurt my teeth. The shell wasburn to a literal crisp! I broke it in half & it was so BURNT you couldn't even see any meat. I ended up calling corporate andthey sent me coupons.
