I was trying to order a frozen decaf coffee and the young man was extremely rude to me saying that they can't do decaf and that... they are not Starbucks and only have iced coffee. He proceeded to tell me that the menu is out there if I just looked. Needlessto say, I will not be going back to the Tim Hortons in marysville. Read more

Had to wait more than 30 minutes for our food, went up to the counter just to find out the order never popped up on their... screen. The Sprite tasted somewhat watered down and when the food was eventually delivered, I did not get the side that comeswith every meal so we practically donated more than 2 dollars to them. I hate to say I came to Tim Hortons 3 times this week for breakfast. However, every time I came through the drive thru at 5 am... they were soo friendly. I?m tired in the morning and even they gave me a smile. Today (Oct 13) I ordered a sandwich with donutand large hot chocolate. Well I got to work and found it was a hot WHITE chocolate. I LOOOVE HOT WHITE CHOCOLATE!! This was ahappy accident. The morning crew is great. You guys keep up the good work! Read more
