They make good pizza but the management is not very good at handling staffing issues. Tonight, on a Friday night , they have the... dining room closed and they're making everybody go through the drive-through to pick up pizza. It's backed up onto 5th streetfrom the parking lot and so far it's been 20 minutes and still 8 cars in front of me. Good food but they sometimes get my order wrong, still taste great but not what I ordered
Staff friendly and courteous. Dining area modern, comfortable & clean. Restrooms clean. Pepperoni pizza piping hot with plenty... of sauce. Big Don sub nicely toasted. Ropings fresh. Dressing perfect. Salad very tasty and fresh as well. Glad we stopped in. Read more

Donatos closes at 10pm? This isn't covid times anymore--get with the program. Pizza places should be open until 11pm, at a... minimum. ???? also "hi, thank you for calling donatos we're closed" @ 9:58 pm ain't it. I worked a restaurant job throughcollege and we WERE OPEN, even if someone walked in 1 minute before close. Would I ever place an order if I knew you wereclosing at 10? Donatos is one of my favorite pizza places and this location rarely disappoints. The last pizza I got here was super delicious.... I could barely keep myself from eating all of it. It was still hot when it was delivered. I have no complaints and if you havenever eaten at Donatos I recommend you try it. Read more
Went to get donatos for the second or third time in Marysville, horrible experience. Happened the last time we ordered too just... not as bad. Waited over an hour for our food, and our remade food. Only for them to mess it up a second time. Service wasterrible. Manager Dante was rude, clerks at the windows were rude. I don?t know how much worse of a pizza place you could go to.Phone lines disconnected to avoid incoming calls, drive through was wrapped around the building. Read more
I ordered food when it showed up it was wrong I called while on the phone with an employee there told him the issue no apology... asked them if they could rush the order and he hangs up on me. I called back talked to the manager told them about previous calland again no apology or even I'm sorry this happened. They all are very rude will not order again Read more
