This truly saddens me. I love this East of Chicago. However tonight they really dropped the ball. I normally get pizza when... Katie the manager is there. I?m guessing she wasn?t there tonight. Ordered pick up for a medium tower pizza, garlic cheesebread, an Italian sub and a chef salad. My husband and daughter picked it up. Came home with no pizza, wrong salad and notcooked garlic cheese bread. I called they said they would remake everything and it would be 15 minutes. My husband and daughterwent back when they came home the bread was just recooked and sorta burnt and the pizza was ice cold. They didn?t remakeanything they just reheated the bread and gave us a cold pizza. Now after spending almost $50.00 on dinner I?m not happy withthe level of nastiness this was. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with the manager. Thanks E.O.C for making me into a Karen???? Read more

To be fair, I kept an open mind and tried the pizza first. I liked the flavor and they were friendly so I threw in an extra... star. "Chicago Style" comes with standards, none of which were met. My first clue was when I was told it would be 15 to 20minutes. I should have cancelled my order. Chicago style pizzas always take time to cook. Upon first glance in the box it lookedlike a thick crust pizza that was missing the sauce under the toppings so they just slapped on the sauce afterward.Chicago-Style has a layer of sauce. Along with the sauce amount and crust was nowhere like the picture in their advertisement onthe box. If I have to go back I'll just try something else. Maybe pay alot less for their own version of pizza and not a wannabe Chicago-style. Read more

My grandma called to place an order for a specialty pizza so we got a BLT Pizza for dinner. When she called to place the order... and asked if she can use a coupon plus a senior discount since she is in her 70s, they told her she couldn't use both then actedas if they didn't know what coupon was for the specialty pizza. She chose to use the coupon over her senior discount, but whenshe took the coupon in, they didn't even take it and the price on the coupon was cheaper than what it would have been for her touse the senior discount. I also woke up sick this morning after eating here for dinner last night too! Very disappointed withhow downhill this place seemed to have gotten over the years! Read more

I just waited an hour and 30+ minutes for my order of a medium one topping pizza. I called the store after an hour and 20 min to... see where it was. The worker who answers the phone isn?t even phased when i tell them how long it?s been and that I?m stillwaiting. All she said was ?it?s just now leaving and will be their soon? not a sorry, nothing. After waiting an hour and a halfi got a cold, not even properly cut, mess of a pizza. This was my favorite place to get pizza from but after this experience andlack of care from the store. I think I?ll be done with them. Read more

Drove from Hilliard to pick this pizza up. As a kid we had East of Chicago in Grove city. It went under in the 90s. I always... remembered the perfect crisp to the pan pizza they make. I wasn?t sure what to expect after not having East of Chicago since themid 90s. But I wasn?t disappointed. When I pulled up it was all young kids working but those kids did everything right. Both mypizzas were made to absolute perfection. The perfect old school pan pizza. The kind of pan pizza that Pizza Hut made back in the80s when they still cared . I would give East of Chicago 10 stars if I could . Today I put the leftovers in the oven at 350 for10 minutes. And it?s just as good as last night . The staff also offered me money saving coupons. Perfect Friday night pizza.Even though it?s an hour round trip for me. We will still be back. Read more
