This weekend we had Guelaguetza provide food for our wedding. They were amazing! Not only was the food phenomenal but they were... the nicest people and did so much to make our wedding perfect. Thank you so much!\n\nWe were planning our wedding from 900 milesaway and based our decision based on reviews (risky I know). We had Guelaguetza at our facility for a staff party. Ruby was so responsive with e-mails and calls and was on top of... everything! They were so prepared to serve over 100 employees! They took no time at all cooking the food and did everything witha smile! I would say they had the best customer service I have ever received from a food truck! We ate here during the Pumpkins Aglow festival at Franklin Conservatory and were so impressed! Not only was the food fresh,... delicious, and hot, but they were BUSY and were cranking food out very quickly. We got street tacos and a burrito guelaguetza -both were fantastic.
