We ate here during the Pumpkins Aglow festival at Franklin Conservatory and were so impressed! Not only was the food fresh,... delicious, and hot, but they were BUSY and were cranking food out very quickly. We got street tacos and a burrito guelaguetza -both were fantastic. We had Guelaguetza at our facility for a staff party. Ruby was so responsive with e-mails and calls and was on top of... everything! They were so prepared to serve over 100 employees! They took no time at all cooking the food and did everything witha smile! I would say they had the best customer service I have ever received from a food truck! I stopped up to the Shovel City Drinkery a few months back for my first experience with Guelaguetza food. Oh my goodness. I had... a difficult time figuring out what to get as it all sounds so delicious. Once I figured it out, I saw they had ice cream. Havenever had coconut ice cream before that day, however, every time they are back in Marion, I always look first to see if they areserving it.
