My go-to ice cream place! Absolutely love the unique taste and texture of rolled ice cream. Be aware there is usually a bit of a... wait if there are other customers are the hard working staff roll each ice cream by hand. It?s absolutely worth the wait. Read more
Went here because I don?t live in town and haven?t gotten to have it in a while, and used to love it. We walked in at 8:25 and 3... people stood there with their arms crossed and rolled their eyes and didn?t greet us in any way. 2 other groups walked in behindus and they got so angry and wouldn?t even acknowledge them. Usually love this place. Last week we went in on Thursday around 8:40-8:45ish. There were three of us. The girl rolled her eyes... when we walked in saying she isn?t making teas just ice cream, which is fine that?s what we wanted, but she said it rudely. Shetold us she had already taken down the ?open? sign. Three more girls walked in behind us and she told them she is not takinganymore customers for the day because they ?close in like five minutes?. I really want to love this place. I?ve been here a few times and it?s been slowish, but tonight just blew my mind. My friend and... I both ordered and açaí bowl. The same one. My bowl took about 15 minutes to come out, and as if this time, we?ve been waitinga full 30 minutes for the second bowl to come out. Why wouldn?t you make them both at the same time? Why put everything awayjust to take the exact same ingredients back out. Moreover, there?s 3 people working, 2 are standing around and not helping. Youknow we?ve been waiting 30 minutes.
