I religiously have went to this store for years. In recent months there has been turnover and the new staff are terrible. They... routinely skimp when items are ordered double and on two different occasions when we have had issues with the subway app notsending correct info to the store (which has never happenned at any other locations and weve used it over a hundrend times) theyhave been rude and condescending. Your employees have terrible customer service skills. Very rude and impatient. Probably explains why they work at a subway. A young lady by the name of breanna was our sandwich maker. What a wonderful person she is. My father is an older gentleman. She... was so kind and patient with him.
