Kelsey went above and beyond for my friend tonight! She had ordered DoorDash and when it was delivered her items had been opened... so she called to ask if there had been a sticker on it - there was. So Kelsey remade the meal and had it delivered personally.She said she felt so bad even tho we let her know that we knew it wasn?t her fault, it was the driver and it?s for DD to fix..she still made it right and then some!!! This location has the lowest lack of detail of any fast food out there. They never get our order correct and tonight was the... final try. Two jr bacon cheeseburgers and when i get home im delighted to say there was no bacon on my burgers that tasted dayold. My wife had no silverware and also no sour cream for her baked potato when we specifically asked for extra. Seriously howhard is it to just pay attention. Everyone wants more money per hour which id be a fan for if the work ethic justified gettingpaid more. What a joke. Read more

Got half of the order, when I asked about the rest of my food. They finally figured out I was missing my two bacon double... stacks.asked how long was going to be,told a few minutes.stated half the food was getting cold. Blonde girl told me that theyare in training and be quiet and closed the window on me. Never got a receipt,one sandwich was right the other one was twosingles burgers put together.old burgers.was horrible.manager finally came to the window and complained about short staff andbeing 9 months pregnant, and training different positions. Not my problem that she is pregnant,not my problem that they areshort staffed.charged me over $21.00 for lousy cold food. Great for me, I love all the condiments and extras on a burger, but my fiancee does not. A lot of times we order extra burgers... knowing that they will get some wrong when she specified "just meat, cheese, and signature sauce". That seems to always be asource of conflict or blow their mind because they will often leave off bacon, I guess thinking it's an extra vegetable??, orkeep onions like they are part of the "meat and cheese" only category.... I get to eat what they 'mess up' and it's always hotand tasty, I just wish they were more on point so I could talk her into ordering from here more often than just McDonald's(#lovesalads) Read more
Wendy's is such a classic and the inside of the building is super modern!! Food tastes great and there are so many options... avaliable from burgers,chicken and salads! My favorite is a chicken sandwich or a salad! They are very reasonably priced andemployees are friendly as well! Read more
I don?t know how this store is only rated a 3.8 or understand the negative comments. I?m here from out of town running a couple... corporate restaurants. I visited this location 3 times in the week I was here because it was SOOOO good. The nuggets were hotand fresh each time. The baconator fries were hot, filled up, fresh cheese and delicious bacon. The strawberry lemonade wasdelicious, no pulp. The spicy chicken was hot and fresh. I usually don?t leave negative or good reviews but I had to let you allknow how great you?re doing. Whether it?s a franchise or corporate store, recognize the people working. They are fabulous. Iunderstand how hard it can be working in restaurants especially right now so keep being great! Read more
Got French fries and taste like old oil and not cooked enough very soggy like been there awhile.
