Food was not hot. Made new meal and still not hot. Manager just comes over and says "oh, I see you like the 2nd one better" we... say not really but we were hungry so we ate it. He just smiled and walked away. Waitress is always awesome. Read more
Date night complete, the food is phenominal, the service was great and the ambiance is all there. No complaints. Seriously.
Service was good. Food not so much. I had been waiting to try the all you can eat chicken wings. First off they are not wings... they are clumps of white meat heavily breaded and deep fried. Used to be our favorite place to go but last night will be the last time we ever go here! Terrible service. Several item were... missing from our order. The food took forever to get to us. Our sever never came back after bring us our food. No refills onanything. The ?hostess? was the absolute rudest person I?ve ever seen. She must really hate her job. The waiter was a great and chill guy. Applebee's is also open until 1 am on Saturdays which is a plus. We decided to split some... appetizers instead of getting meals. The French fries were kinda soggy, and the French onion soup lacked much flavor. Frenchonion is my specialty and I can say for sure that this one is on the lower rungs in terms of quality. Usually pretty good. Asked for some napkins from the manager. He said absolutely and then didn't do a thing. Food was... under par and cold. Service was slow.
