This place has gone downhill big time. I used to like their wings years ago but the past three times I've gone the wings have... been terrible. Very dry, small portions. You get better quality going to a gas station and getting wings. It's also extremelyexpensive for low quality food. Last time I went I got bone in wings and a friend got boneless wings. The bone in wings barelyhad any sauce were dry. My friends boneless wings were small hard and dry. On other occasions my wings have also been dry,entirely missing sauce on a to go order. It can easily be $25+ per person. If you aren't willing to go out to eat at a gasstation you shouldn't eat here because this place is now lower tier than gas station food. Absolutely horrible experience. This is the first time my wife has been to this chain. Unfortunately, this experience will be a... defining moment and she won't ever come back. I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings all over the nation and never had such poorservice. They truly acted like they didn't care if customers were there. Read more
Food was amazing! Not great service tonight, they were not very busy and had very few tables on a monday night but service was... still slow. Our server Hannah didn?t check in often, one of us was not ready during orders and she didn?t check back in untilafter appetizers came out after saying she?d be back in a minute. He ordered wings and a burger, we ordered initially 7:35 andburger came out long after the wings at 9:15 and we had to take it to go. Being a server myself there was much room for betterservice especially on such a slow night, if it was busier slow service would be expected. Food was all very good though, so atleast there?s that! Cashier was super nice and helpful. The wings I got for carry out where terribly over cooked, dried out, chewy and hard. They... charged me extra for carry out. I didn't know they were a restaurant so I wasn't prepared to dine in. I had melting ice cream inmy car. For a wings restaurant, I thought the wings would be great. I'm super disappointed ??. I visited this Buffalo Saturday the 18th and while the food was typical, the service was outstanding. Our sever Samuel was... attentive, welcoming and answered all our table?s questions. I know how difficult it is to work in the industry and reallyappreciated what a great job he did. If you visit this location ask for Samuel! Read more
Our first experience with Buffalo Wild Wings was very enjoyable. Great service, tons of options, our server brought out a few... sauces so we could taste and was very patient while we decided. Group of four so getting agreement is always interesting. Will definitely repeat! Went early on Saturday before Father's Day to beat the expected crowd. Good draft selection also. TVsport selections were kinda off that day, not into watching ultimate fight, etc...but plenty of baseball to watch otherwise. Read more

We dine in sometimes & we order for pickup frequently during Seahawks games. My husband lives the wings & I love the cheese... curds & Carmel sauce. It sounds weird but is probably the best thing I've ever eaten. The dine in service varies. Sometimes it'spacked & they're still super attentive but sometimes it's empty & we can go an hour without being checked on.
