Ordered 2 chai iced teas, and we received cups of ice with only a little tea. Ordered 2 Pad See Ew and they both were extremely... dry. We called the restaurant to provide feedback and they didn?t even ask to bring us a new one or give us a discount orsomething on a new order. They just said we can bring it back. No customer service at all. Everett has better Thai food andcustomer service Read more

Had the cashew nut chicken lunch special to go. It was really good. Only issue was that I couldn?t place the order online. When... I mentioned this to the staff member. She said that online ordering isn?t turned on until 3pm. Overall, very pleased with myexperience and the food. Will definitely visit again when I am in the area. Read more

Overall tasted great. I eat Thai food very often. The chicken on my Pad See Ew was dry but the delicious noodles made up for it.... I also had the Crab Rangoon and Crispy Garlic Chicken. The crispy garlic chicken was the best with some rice! I also asked for4/5 spicy and it was a great level of spicy for me. I would go back! Read more

So maybe these guys were just having a bad evening but I was fairly disappointed with Chan Thai, and I have had a lot of thai... food in the area from Mt. Vernon to Everett and this was definitely sub par. Ordered food for 3 people and all of our dishes (2entree's, 1 massaman curry, and 1 order of fresh rolls) were very bland, rubbery, and watery. The portions were very small andthere were very few fresh vegetables in each dish that was supposed to come with them, and those that were present wereobviously just frozen/reheated or it looked like they just threw some shredded lettuce/cabbage from a bag in the mix (Which wasweird) Summary: Food was bland, poorly cooked, and small portions. Probably will go elsewhere. Read more

The food was great (the chicken was a bit dry) and the service was okay. There was a waitress (i think) and a waiter. The waiter... did an excellent job on serving and keeping the customer happy, but the female (I don't know if she is the owner) was sittingaside and chatting with the other customer at a different table. She sat down the whole time while I was eating and even after Iwas done. That is not okay, she should have kept it short. Read more

Got here at 7pm and it was empty.... I was a bit surprised as it was a weekend night and i had expected the place to be full. I... was promptly seated and given the menu so i can make my selections... The first thing that strikes me was the friendliness andattentiveness of the staff. That alone earned them a 3 star.... I ordered the Tom Yum soup and the Pineapple fried rice... TomYum soup tastes pretty good... The pineapple fried rice is excellent. Just the right amount of heat and crunchyness. Complimentsto chef Well done!!! Read more

After ordering take-out from Chan Thai we were surprised by flavors of the Pad See Ew and other noodle dishes. The Curry was... good but not my favorite of Curry's. Everything tested fresh and vegetables were nice and crispy. Portions were average sizedand good was ready quickly. Read more

I love this place! Great food, quick service, nice presentation, not over priced. The serving sizes are good. I would recommend... the Dancing Trout, Mama Noodles, Pad Thai, and get the Crab Rangoon for an appetizer. I haven't had anything I didn't like fromhere. The cucumber salad is refreshing and sweet and one of my favorite things in the world. You can get fried ice cream heretoo. Read more
