If only I can give a negative I will without blinking. I order 1 pepronie pizza order before 7 people and they all get their... order before me. They told me it will take only 10min and I waited for 45min. THIS IS THE WORST LITTLE CAESARS that I've beento. VERY DISORGANIZED, Very hot and Very Bad Customers service. Can't beat their 5.99 lunch special. 4 slices of pepperoni pizza and a soda. Deep dish too. Yummmm
So I don't understand how a restaurant can be so inconsistent with their orders. We order from this Little Ceasars at least 3... times a month and always order the same thing...but never get the same thing! I ask for light sauce and I might get that orextra sauce. I ask for no seasoning and might get some might not. My best advice is to make sure you check your order beforeyou leave the store. I would like to have a little consistency with food. Read more
I've literally never received such bad service at any kind of restaurant, anywhere. Ordered online/prepaid at 5pm for a 6pm... pickup. Waited until 7pm in a lobby of about 13 people with zero social distancing whatsoever before asking for a refund, whichwas actually somewhat prompt, but with no apology, and no words spoken other than "I hear somebody wanted their money back?" Iwas handed a credit receipt by what looked like perhaps the eldest teenager in a pizza place run by younger teenagers. Zeroorganization skills at all. They were just flat out ignoring a lobby full of people and not giving us any real indication ofwhether we may actually receive pizza at any time in the near-ish future. What a nightmare. Picked up two gigantic bake at homepizzas for half the price at Walmart, and they were tastier anyway. Lesson learned. Read more
Customer service lacks. Dude threw my receipt, didn?t even hand it. Then didn?t even hand me my pizza?s I had to literally lean... and pull them to me. First time at this location and the last. Price sky rocketed. Done with little Cesar?s after this. LittleCesar?s you have gone done hill for so so pizza Also with having a fresh make, my dough is hard as a rock and super thin and Ididn?t ask for thin crust. 4 dollar charge for an extra topping is ridiculous. This is a tough review to give. The food here is typically very good. The delivery service through doordash is horrible. I have... had to report stolen food to doordash because their drivers will pick up your order and then cancel the order in the doordashapp. They essentially get a free meal. you are then stuck dealing with doordash themselves even though you have ordered throughthe little ceasars app. Doordash has thieves working for them and a refund at minimum is 7-10 days. So the low rating is notactually for the store, but the service via doordash. When I called about my order they told me this is not a rare thing to havehappen. So store, gets all stars, but lowered simply due to their affiliation with doordash. I do recommend this location, butonly for pick up. Read more
