40 minutes in the drive through line. Only ordered a Happy Meal. Got home, only think in the Happy Meal Box was the... Cheeseburger. We got NO fries and NO apple Slices. Very upset child and no Time to go back to get what was missing. $13.07 wewere charged for a cheeseburger and kids size pop. How do you screw up a simple Happy Meal!??? Read more
Missing 2 mcgriddle. We ordered delivery because we have covid and it?s very frustrating after receiving an incomplete order.... That?s our breakfast.. I don?t do delivery if I don?t have to, but with covid, we are isolating and don?t want to spread thevirus. Called Mcdonald?s and UberEats and I can?t get a refund!! 11am 11.11.2022This is how they gave us our burgers at state street Manager Jack did not care at all about his customers or how... they felt. He wouldn't provide any helpful information to resolve the issue. Got yelled at by Ayona at the drive up window.whowasnt even working the window. She also aggressively threw her hands up at us trying to intimidate us. Picture attached burgerswere covered in salt and pepper. Inedible This is not the first time we had a horrible experience but thought this locationwould do better. This place is never open drive thru or lobby. I?ve gone now at 12pm on Sunday to lobby and drive thru, closed. One night at like... 2am and on night at 11pm, closed. Not open 24 hours like it?s listed online and not even the hours posted on the door. Alllights are on including drive through but they put up cones. Lobby is locked and they are actively kicking people out mid order. Drive through is taking way too long for food to be... incorrect. Management is rude and won't talk to customers who want their food fixed. Incredibly disappointed, this used to beour favorite McDonald's. I'll take the extra time to go further from home after today's experience. Read more
I know they are fast food but I still want my order to be correct. Every time I order something, it's almost always wrong. I... order Door Dash often and when I got it today I was shorted 2 large fries and nuggets. The bag wasn't opened so I know it wasn'tthe driver. Once again I went through their drive through and didn't get my order!! Only this time it was my daughter doing it for the first... time by herself. No drink and no fries.
