For some reason they were short a lot of workers, I believe there was only 3 employees there. They handled everything very well.... The 2 of them behind the counter were very courteous with the customers and very prompt with taking the orders, preparing ourpizzas and and delivering them in a very timely, and upbeat, pleasant manner. Good job. Thanks. We'll be back for sure. Read more

After hearing about this place for years, friends working here, constantly driving past locations, and seeing coworkers with MOD... pizza boxes at work, I finally stopped in with some friends. My first shock was that they were open until 11 (it was a Friday)The menu confused me, fortunately i wasn't ordering first so i had time to figure it out. Once you pick the size of the pizza, you can get anything you want put on it- any thing or everything. Wide selection of veggies and meats, traditional cheeses, somedecent sauces, including pesto. Plenty of seating, staff didn't mind us sitting around til closing after we finished our meals.Pizza was above expectations. Crisp, but not brittle, filling but not heavy. Beats the conventional chains in quality and speed, and I really like the late hours. Ordered hours ahead for lunch a few days later through their website, same quality and was hot( I ordered it two hours early with a scheduled pickup time, they made it on time not early) TLDR: 4/5 Pro Flat rate w/ as manytoppings as you want Friendly, hard working staff Made right in front of you Con High prices Ice machine wasn'tworking Lunch/Dinner rush Read more

On two separate occasions I ordered online and went to pick up order about 10 min after the time it was supposed to be ready. On... both occasions I had to wait 30 min to 1 hour for my order. I actually saw people wait in line order and get their pizza, eat itand then leave in the time I waited. Girl handing out orders would say that they were being cooked in order. Well that would begreat but they didn't have anyone actually making the takeout orders so they just kept sitting in a stack waiting to be made. When I complained the manager refunded my order but still had to wait another 15-20 minutes for my order. Not very organized. Read more

Ordered online for pickup and ended up getting it over 25 minutes late- I walked in to pickup a bit earlier than the email said... it would be ready, and notified staff I was early. Was told it would be ready in 10 min (the time it was due) no problem at all. Then watched multiple walk ins order pizza and my order kept getting pushed back. They also helped make an employee pizza beforestarting mine. Was told it was due to ?understaffing? by the incredibly unprofessional/ rude girl behind the counter. Haven?texperienced this kind of rudeness here before, usually everyone is pretty friendly and welcoming. Left a bad taste in my mouthand won?t be coming back. Read more

CAN WE SAY "CLEAN"? It was clean and cool inside. Always warm and friendly atmosphere. As one customer seated next to me... said, "It's like Subway, but with pizza instead!" They are a quality restaurant in town for pizza, just order what you want andboom! In about 10 minutes there it is! Free refills for fountain drinks and you can mix orange with Dr. Pepper together becauseit's still accessible to the customers. I always am greeted and they thank me when I leave. That's like a group of friendshailing you off in a cab after a night out. ???? Read more

We wanted to have a quick dinner so opted for pizza. Seeing MOD pizza super fast on the board we thought we are at the right... place. Not sure if it was just on July 4th or if it is usually like this - extremely slow and poor service We stood in line anddid customized orders then waited for almost 10 mins to pay. Again waited for a long time finally pizzas were delivered. Asalways pizzas and cheesy garlic bread were good We asked for extra plates for the kids but they gave us pizza boxes Read more

We decided to eat at Mod Pizza today, considering we?ve had amazing experiences at other locations. This time our experience was... anything but nice. They asked for our pizza sizes (we ordered one mini and one mega mod size). We received one correct and theother was a mod size. We went up to pick up our food because our name was called. The lady with rainbow hair then says ?didn?tyou have a mini and a mega?? i said ?yes i did? and she answers with an attitude saying ?Well I guess you get a free upgrade.?Okay?? How is it our fault that YOUR kitchen messed up OUR order. It clearly says here on the sheet that we ordered a mini. Notonly that, but they had also forgotten one of our salads and didn?t realize because they were in such a rush. Overall theattitude of the workers and the environment was NOT it. She gave the same attitude and messed up the order of another girl thatwas behind us in line, so we know it wasn?t just a problem with us. Read more

I ordered a customized mini pizza (chicken) here. I was able to choose my own toppings, just as one would be able to choose... his/her own toppings at a Subway. This isn?t a restaurant with a service; it?s more of a Subway for pizzas, with better ambienceand more space. You may dine in or take out. All toppings, including the different chicken variations (plain, spicy, sausage, etc.), were incredibly fresh. The thin crust amplifies the overall flavor of the toppings, and the mini meal is low on caloriesand high on protein. I thought my mini pizza, served right out of the pan and hot, was absolutely delicious and satisfying. Ifyou are really hungry, though, go with a larger size. For just under $9, my meal was total value for money. The place isstrongly recommended. Read more
