Used to love Outback until tonight. Half the order was wrong, the other half gross. Even had it not been wrong I've never seen... bread so burnt yet wet at the same time. The manager blamed Uber for the food and told us to file a claim. Simply wanted adecent dinner. Paid way to much to not eat. Read more

Every time my mom and I come we go sit in the bar and the bar tender Courtney is amazing. She goes above and beyond what is... expected. She is so friendly and very accommodating. Like today my mom and I ordered a meal to split, she had already had thefood split on two plates (which most people just hand you the plate of food than two plates for you to put your share on) whichwas so sweet. She is very friendly and always makes sure to come check on you. She always has a smile on her face and makes youfeel very comfortable and welcome. We love this franchise, but this visit today was terrible. It appeared to be almost empty, maybe a few other guests. It took a... while for service, we ordered both a appetizer and our simple chicken dinner. The cheesy fries were microwaved, it came on avery small single dish (not the two dish like usual) the cheese was hardly melted, the ranch dip was bottled ranch (not thehomemade style recipe ranch as advertised, I love that recipe) in a small plastic to go cup. The size was maybe under what itusually is. Then we waited for another 15 to 20 minutes for our salad, which was poorly assembled. The same bottled ranch, twocroutons and some very ugly brown slimy pieces of lettuce. After that another 10 min for our dinner. Chicken strips (which wasnew on the menu) were so rock hard, I needed a knife to cut it, no knife. The broccoli wasn't anything like they usually serve.We never were offered a refill on our soda and our waiter didn't seem to care to provide a decent service. Love the food but this place has gotten so dirty recently. The floors are HORRIBLE, there is food crumbs, straw wrappers, and... crayons everywhere. They don't really clean the tables or the seats, they just push all of the food on the seats or the floor.Nothing is being sanitized that I have seen so far in my past few visits. Really disappointed in this locations, it makes me notwant to eat here anymore I can't even imagine how the kitchen is. The bread is stale and smells funky. Relaxing place to eat on a Saturday afternoon. Waitress are pleasant and courteous. The perfectly cooked salmon is always my go... to meal here comes with a choice of a side salad or soup, white rice with cilantro is pretty tasty. The menu is simple andgives an indecisive people a chance to pick an entrée fairly easily. Costs roughly $49.00 to feed two people. Read more
We don't usually eat at outback but we got a gift card and thought we would have a date night. Service was extremely slow. Our... waitress was really nice. My food was inedible. The steak was just grizzle and Alfredo sauce was spicy like what what is Alfredosauce spicy!!! It was so spicy I couldn't eat it. With how slow everything took by the time I got my replacement order myhusband was done and we were ready to go so I had to eat on the way home. I guess there is a reason we never eat here.
