Don't call for delivery!!! It's a call center and they are rude and demeaning!!! I was told thank you for wasting our time. When... Super disappointed. I've ordered from the Mill Creek store for years and every pizza was high quality with lots of sauce and... cheese. Tried the Marysville store and had the worst pizza ever. Super flat and super dry with very little sauce and cheese anddry as a bone. Only one small piece of topping meat on my entire slice. Hope this store beefs up their quality as I'd love forthem to be my go to pizza place in Arlington area. I need to find a different Papa Johns to do business with. Read more
As I waited for my order I observed that the employees took phone orders, touched their face hair and eye glasses, touched the... computer and then went and picked up the pizza dough. All of this without washing their hands. Not one person their washed theirhands at any time. Cleanliness is so important and was nonexistent at Papa John's. Read more
I had ordered 2 New York Pizza, came home and we all took a bite. The crust was dark brown and they both had a burnt taste. I... called the store and let them know we weren't satisfied because they treated burnt. . They just told me, it could be because ofthe crust. They didn't offer their guarantee of a great pizza, especially the price I paid. Not only that my pizza was sittingon their counter getting cold instead of being in a warmer. Called in 2 large pizzas and when we showed up they said they never got our order. We confirmed it was the correct... number/address. They tried to make me pay over the phone but luckily I asked to pay when we got there and whoever took my ordersaid it was fine - glad I didn't. This order was also to use a coupon we got after one pizza at another location took more thanan hour and a half. Read more
