We came to dine in, there was no one up front we waited a bit, watched employees juat look at us, until the hostess showed up,... she said she had to check the dining room and would be right back. While we waited, we had a clear view of the kitchen. Therewere 2 or so employees throwing food at each other while they worked on customers' food. When the hostess came back, we said wechanged our mind due to them throwing food. I get there are staffing issues everywhere, but this is completely unacceptable.And this is not the first time we have had issues at this location, it's like it's been ran by all high schoolers. Absolutely unacceptable. Tonight my family placed an order for two overpriced pizzas from Donatos through UberEats. After... placing the order, we realized this was coming from Red Robin and we decided to give it a shot. Over two hours later we finallywere delivered two cold, disgraceful looking pizzas. At first we were told the pizzas were waiting on the driver. Then we weretold the driver was waiting on the pizzas because of the “dinner rush.” Nevertheless, this was the worst experience we’veever had through UberEats and Red Robin. I definitely don’t ever recommend ordering pizza from a burger place because you willbe embarrassed to receive the most unassuming, square pieces of cardboard to serve your family. Read more

I normally like red robin. This new automated ordering system didn't give us the option to select how well done we would like... our burgers. It automatically picked no pink. Well we ended up with three terrible burgers. Also the system did not let us getextra fries. We asked for them in person. And ended up short. Again, usually I enjoy red robin. Read more

I got the pig out double on gluten free bun. It looked so pretty I have to take a pic! Food was hot and delicious. It was a bit... of a wait to get our orders taken, but our server was very kind and professional and thanked us for our patience. The food cameout very fast! Read more

As soon as we walked in we were seated. The place was packed full of families. It was 5:30-6:00 p.m. on a Friday. I wanted to... order Chili and sweet potatoes and was told 20-25 minutes later that they ran out of Chili so I decided to get the Cheesy FondueCheeseburger with Zucchini Fries. I got my food 20 or so minutes after my son and husband got their food. My son's food was coldto the touch. I always check for food temperature since I have worked in restaurants before it's just something I do naturally.My husband's food was cold as well. The manager did apologize that they ran out of chili he was very professional and courteous.Our waiter was charming and very attentive. We did receive bottomless lemonade. When I did get my food it was hot. Therestaurant general manager did offer up dessert on the house. The customer service was exceptional. But the food was very coldfor the rest of my family. I also noticed that the place was extremely crowded and wasn't following Covid-19 (6 feet apart)wasn't being practiced at this establishment. There were people at every single table with no space between families. By thetime I was halfway eating I was ready to go it was so busy crowded and loud. But overall the customer service was the best sofar in 2021. I just wish the waiters would bring food out as soon as it hits the plate not waiting on other plates for the sametable just bring the food out hot. It's important to keep food hot and not in the danger zone of food safety. 5 stars forcustomer service attitude but the food coming out was cold. 2 stars for food quality and safety.
