I love Sonic. But since the COVID shutdowns this Sonic has not been good. The stalls are never open, the drive-thru takes... forever and my visit today was the worst food I've ever eaten there. I ordered three breakfast burritos but they practicallygave me a rolled up tortilla for 9$ (meal). I hope they can bounce back because at this rate I probably won't go back. Read more
Gave 1 star because no negative opportunity. Pulled into lot station by 2 other cars and pushed service button. Was informed ... stations were closed, I needed to use drive through. Waited for emotes to cross behind to deliver food to car next to me so Icould back out. Drove around and placed order. Pulled forward and realized they did not get it correct, (total was too low) Isaid, this is frustrating ! Absolutely no acknowledgement of my comment. We sat at the window watching 6, yes 6 employeestaking turns slapping the bag of what appeared to be milkshake mix. Watched the window girl walk out to the growing line behindme and hand carry credit cards back inside to charge, then return with their orders. I finally knock on window, and ask for mymoney back, it is taking too long. THAT is when she tells me it takes 5 minutes to cook chicken strips. Well. It was 10minutes at that point. Would have been nice to mention tjere would be a little wait, maybe have me pull into one of the holdspots. She then hands me back a receipt with zero info and informs me my bank will understand. Long lines but worth the wait. Great milkshakes too. Wish they would have someone taking the orders to speed up the cooking... process. You know it's slow when people shut their cars off to save fuel. I will endure more delays because the food and peopleare great ???? ???? ???? and kinda worth it. Read more
Make no mistake the food is good. However, I understand that business are short staffed and it?s hard to get people. But they... should maybe put cones to block the stalls or a sign up on the windows ?Saying the window stalls are closed!? Nothing is morefrustrating than to sit there planning out your order for 10mins then to be told that they are not taking orders at the drive upwindow because it?s closed! And you need to use the drive-through and the line is so long and the wait time was 20 minutes orso! Make it easy for your customers and workers by communicating with a simple sign. Read more

A good thing that sonic has going for it is the unique customer experience of ordering at a drive in and eating in the car. They... also have a large menu which helps the more picky eaters, or those who like to try new things. We had fast service, and the foodwas hot. My wife enjoyed her honey BBQ popcorn chicken, although the sauce was lazily tossed and the picture clearly shows thatsome pieces of chicken had no sauce on them. Her tater tots were crispy and salty. She got the grape slushy with nerds. She wasdissatisfied that nerds were the only candy option available and the drink was too sweet for her to finish, but it was goodwhile it lasted. I got the double bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese tots. The cheeseburger was less than desirable, probablythe worst fast food burger around. I asked for extra ketchup and got basically none on there. The bun was tough and the burger /bacon was dry. The chili cheese tots were predictably soggy but had a good chili flavor and a nice proportion of cheese. Youcan't really mess up tater tots, so I don't give them extra credit for being satisfactory. My cherry limeade was quiterefreshing. Overall, sonic is a great choice if you want a special drink or if you want a change from a DQ blizzard, but theirhot food holds them back from getting a repeat visit. Read more
Food was good. But I ordered 2 kid meals and neither one came with the tater tots I ordered. And for $10 thats disappointing... that neither one had its tater tots. And its not worth it for me to load my kids just to wait in line again. 11/20/2021 Read more
My son really wanted to try Sonic. Obliged and brought him to this location. I didn?t clue in right away that it was a drive-in... and I was looking for a door to enter. Finally realized how this place worked and went through a drive through. It was easy toorder and quick to get the food. He didn?t seem too impressed with it as he only finished the fries (which were a bit tough andtoo salty) and never finished his bacon cheeseburger. Not going to rush back, but might give it another try in the future. Read more
