I came by here recently and their posted hours were 7am to 1pm ! I never seen posted hour so short ( less than 8 hour day!) . I... guess they don't want to be in buisness anymore, despite the fact that this area is a busy location with costco, best buy,target, etc in the vicinity. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I frequent Starbucks in the area and this location should be avoided. Management is an absolute disgrace.... Let?s break down what went down on 12/26. Staff came out at 12:55 to advise that they closed at 1. Staff then closed orderwindow and took phones off the hook. This is with a line full of customers with no warning! Rachel needs a new job! The morning staff here are the FRIENDLIEST and nicest baristas I've seen in a long time. They greet everyone with a smile and... seem to know their community well. My order was slightly off and they were so quick to fix it and make me a new sandwich. Read more

I unfortunately didn?t catch the names of anyone working this day, but everyone there was so pleasant and kind. Wonderful... customer service. I went in not knowing what I wanted and the gentleman cashing me out had so much patience and answered all myquestions. I had ordered a drink without a certain ingredient, and when they accidentally made it with said ingredient and I letthem know, one of the ladies immediately remade my drink with no problem and even gave me a bigger size.
