I came by here recently and their posted hours were 7am to 1pm ! I never seen posted hour so short ( less than 8 hour day!) . I... guess they don't want to be in buisness anymore, despite the fact that this area is a busy location with costco, best buy,target, etc in the vicinity. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I frequent Starbucks in the area and this location should be avoided. Management is an absolute disgrace.... Let?s break down what went down on 12/26. Staff came out at 12:55 to advise that they closed at 1. Staff then closed orderwindow and took phones off the hook. This is with a line full of customers with no warning! Rachel needs a new job! The morning staff here are the FRIENDLIEST and nicest baristas I've seen in a long time. They greet everyone with a smile and... seem to know their community well. My order was slightly off and they were so quick to fix it and make me a new sandwich. Read more
I usually come here on our regular costco trips. Staff are very friendly and the line moves fast. Unfortunately, I have... noticed that consistency has decreased across Starbucks in general including this store. The last two times my drinks did nottaste as good as they used to. Read more
I came to this location and on every time except one when this funny guy who served me well spoke and assist, but after that... none of these females that work in here speak to but they do speak everyone else that comes in here.. secondly I do makepurchases even though that happens. I unfortunately didn?t catch the names of anyone working this day, but everyone there was so pleasant and kind. Wonderful... customer service. I went in not knowing what I wanted and the gentleman cashing me out had so much patience and answered all myquestions. I had ordered a drink without a certain ingredient, and when they accidentally made it with said ingredient and I letthem know, one of the ladies immediately remade my drink with no problem and even gave me a bigger size. These employees werevery kind, patient, and just all around great at what they do. Read more
