I went in this Subway because the sign outside made me chuckle and I thought, these people are great but let me tell you, they... are NOT. I asked for a 6 inch steak sandwich on white with pepper jack cheese and that's all I got. She didn't ask if I wantedanything on it. Just wrapped it, wouldn't even look at me and had me pay for it. So I didn't get anything on it except onion andpepper that she decided I was gonna get, because I wouldn't have chosen onion. It was a dry and lifeless sandwich and my wholesoul felt sad for having to have it because I'm to polite to say, excuse me but I like tomatoes and some kinda sauce to make itnot dry. Subway is always so yummy. I Lay's get Sweet Onion Chicken with lots of veggies. Good food, good price.
I asked for more onions and toppings, they declined. Horrible customer service. If I want more lettuce and onions on my sandwich... it shouldn't be an issue. Or at least a price increase and not a straight up decline. Read more
The bread was stale and hard on the corners. One staff member was great with the person in front of me, the staff member that... made my food was distracted and did not finish my order leaving it for their coworker. Then two others entered the store, sheasked what they wanted and then went to the back and the two others that were left standing there left. If I could put 0 stars I would. Today I ordered a footlong sandwich from this location through GrubHub and realized as soon as... It was delivered to my house that it wasn?t made right. I tried to call their store several times with no answer. Obviouslyfrustrated, I decided at this point to drive myself to confront them and have them fix it. I walked in and explained to themthat I?m pregnant and cannot have cold meat and that?s why I ordered my sandwich toasted. The girl immediately copped anattitude back at me and then told me to get out of the store. I told her to give me my refund and she grabbed my food and threwit away and told me she wasn?t giving me a refund and to leave and call corporate if I wanna ?cry about it?. I immediatelyrequested a refund through GrubHub and upon returning home I called them and the agent I spoke to told me that the employee atsubway tried to deny my refund. Luckily the GrubHub agent was able to override it and get my refund anyway, but this girl flatout attempted to steal my money. I?ve already filed a complaint with corporate and they will be investigating the employeefurther but don?t go to this location unless you want your money stolen or your order wrong. Read more
We arrived at 6pm. The employee had been there by herself all day and was closing. She was still very polite and friendly while... she made our sandwiches. We always go to this subway and this proves why There Awesome!!! Read more
I think it took 10 years for her to make my sandwich. Imagine Flash the Sloth from Zootopia. Ordered a specialty sandwich only... for her to get to the end and tell me the specialty sauce/dressing was all out. Never coming back again. Also, $18 for a footlong?!?! Read more
