I ordered and paid through the app. The wait at the location was incredibly long. The crunch wrap was cold, not even slightly... warmed. We were given hot sauce instead of mild sauce. I ordered and paid for a large drink, but was given a medium. I amcommenting on my food, not the other two adults I ordered for. Read more

Just went through the drive thru at 7:10pm tonight and gave a complicated order and am so pleased with the perfection. I ordered... a very customized item and they made it perfectly. The first time someone has gotten my order right and I wanted to tell them Iappreciate you! I was the Mexican pizza no meat order. Anyways good job! Read more

Today is challenging for them. Just the manager and one employee working. They are doing the best they can , yet some people... just don't understand, and are rude as a result. Kudos to those two trying hard to make it work!! That is the reason for the lowservice score, as it took 30 minutes to get the food. There wasn't enough people to provide typical service. Read more

Absolutely disgusting place. The employees there are even more disgusting. I asked the lady making the food to please change... gloves cause she walked into the office and was grabbing paper touching everything then proceeded to go make food. She thenargued and yelled at me cause I said that is cross contamination of particles. She said I was just grabbing a pen, mind you itwas a pen she already had. She lied and when I asked for her name she refused and the other lady refused to give it to me. Theywere both wearing shift lead shirts. Flies everywhere in the restaurant touching the food. I will never bring my kid back thereand will let everyone know. I left without getting our lunch. Read more

This place is always busy. Food for my experience has always been freshly made. Workers here do the best they can to run a busy... drive thru, lobby and delivery pick ups. This Taco Bell sucks. The employees are blatantly rude to customers and frankly half the time they act like you don?t even... exist, especially as a door dash driver. I?ve gotten countless dirty looks and have never been acknowledged when I?ve walked in.Specifically the person who works the drive through the most (unfortunately no name tag) is the worst about this. I typicallyhave to wait 15-20min to pick up a door dash order and again do not get acknowledged at all in the process. Their customerservice is lacking. Read more

Ordered through door dash and recieved everything fine except the food. Ordered extra chesse , didn't get it. Ordered beefy... five layer burritos. Well beans and cheese sauce is all that was on them. When yo spend almost 40.00 It would be nice to getwhat you ordered.???? Read more

Atrocious! Ordered ahead and still endured a 40-minute wait at the drive-thru at 11pm with lots of frustrated drivers in front... and behind me. Not only that, but the food was terrible...rancid chalupa shells and missing ingredients! Service was just asyou'd expect, distant and impersonal. I felt rushed to leave the window, despite having waited long enough to have a propersit-down meal somewhere else! This taco bell needs to get its act together. Shame on your management! Read more
