I wanted to like it, the bldg is beautiful. The service was fine. The chicken fried steak was horrible, the gravy was like a... glob of paste on top of a heated frozen slab. My hubby got the rib eye and it was a sorry piece of meat, and the baked potatowas tiny. Both of us got potatoes. He got broccoli, which he said was the best part of the meal. I got one slice of tomato. Iwanted Turkey which was on the menu, but it wasn?t available. Probably won?t be back! Read more
Staff was great, food was excellent, place was clean. I had the village mini lunch. It comes with 1/2 a sandwich a side and a... giant slice of pie. I had a whole other meal for leftovers. Read more
Friendly staff, Brett F. in the bar was fast, friendly, and attentive. We went on a busy Sunday for lunch. The wait was about 10... minutes. I LOVED the BLT and side salad! Read more
The log cabin look is amazing. However, what I found interesting was when we asked the hostess for a table she left the desk... went and checked the seating area came back and said it will be 5 minutes. We waited and when it was time to be seated thehostess brought us to our table but the thing that got me was THERE WERE AT LEAST TEN TABLES AVAILABLE in the seating area. Btw,this was the first day of no masks. Most establishments have a chart at the hostess desk and they usually have an idea on thecapacity. Other than that the food was okay. The only thing I got a kick out of the place was the 80's pop/rock playing in thekitchen and hearing the kitchen staff sing along. Read more
Their food was SO GOOD I can?t wait to come back! We did have a very long wait time because we went on a Friday night and there... was live music (which was excellent!!) but the waitstaff was very upfront about the wait time and honestly the food was worththe wait. Read more
Great selection of beers and an AMAZING homemade Bloody Mary mix! The food was also terrific. Thicc quesadillas and perfectly... cooked steak and eggs (served until 3pm ????). Really great atmosphere and daily themes including karakoee night Thurs/Fri @7PM. Will definitely be back! ???? Read more
Great food and a really homey vibe. The server was very attentive and gave great recommendations. We had the stuffed chicken and... it was delicious. Even the salad was remarkable, they put dill in the ranch dressing and it is delightful. The table next toours had an issue with their food, the staff made it right and gave them a piece of free pie. Nice to see folks taking customerservice so seriously. That alone got me as a lifelong customer, and it wasn't even my order! Great beer selection, plenty ofseating. Thursday is karaoke night so it was good to feel like normal times again. Will definitely be going back, what a lovelyspot. Read more
