Food is always good and fresh, but customer service is sub par. I would avoid ordering delivery, now I'm out an hour of my day... and the inconvenience to not be compensated via a "couple dollars" on a gift card. Non-the-less they are nice enough and remademissing food. Read more
Ordered dinner with my wife and daughter, waitress brings two meals to our table. Around 5 minutes later manager comes by and... asks how is everything, my wife says we don't know we are still waiting on our daughters dinner. The waitress said the cookforgot to make her kids quesadilla, the applbees in st joseph is the worst I've been too. Read more
Charged us seven times for one meal taking $976 from our account. Resulting in us having to transfer funds from multiple... accounts to cover the mortgage and the $976. The response received was sorry we'll give back the extra charges in 72 hours. Theyshould have said sorry took 1k from you, we'll issue a full refund your meal is on us. Read more

She was amazing great service got everything out quick they told us we were gonna have to wait and they ended up... getting us in we got our stuff before other tables she was really kind and courteous bring out drinks before they werecompletely gone was always asking if we needed anything but not in an overwhelming aspect and we were from out of town and noneof them at home are like that we found out she just graduated high school and at her age I was nothing like that I wish I wasbut she was AMAZING if I could give 10 stars she would really deserve it!!!!!!!!!! We came in to get a take out order and a drink while we waited. The bartender was very attentive, and they even included mustard... as a condiment for my daughter's burger! I could cut the steak with the plastic knife, which certainly says something! Highlyrecommend. Read more
