Takes a long time to give order and to receive your food, which is usually cold.
Cheerful workers, nice and clean, the food is consistent.
Food is good but the buns are sometimes so hard and stale it almost makes me sick when I eat it to hear the bun crunch on the... edges. The last two evenings we?ve been the girl working drive through spoke so fast and took our order so fast we couldn?t evenorder the other 2/3 of our food before she went on to the next lane to take their order. 2 out of the 3 people in our car had togo somewhere else for food. Tried to order a deal from the app but it said it wasn't available so had to pay full price for less food which was about $4... difference. The staff was friendly and tried to help but couldn't change the order from the store. I had to submit a complaintto corporate. The breakfast sandwiches were good but the hashbrowns are kind of tasteless unless you like the flavor of grease. Read more
Usually always have a good experience here. Whether its drive thru or dine in, food is usually always fresh. A few times the... fries havent been the greatest, almost like they had been sitting around for a few minutes, just barely, warm. Best Service from a fast food establishment I have had in a long time! I was distracted as I went thru the drive thru, trying to... have a phone conversation. I skipped the first window to pay and the gentleman at the second window didn't say a word, wasn'tconfused at all. He just took care of it, took my payment, got me my order just as I had placed it!
