I don't know what I'm doing rating a fast food taco joint five stars but I've never really had a bad experience at this Taco... Bell. It's kind of bothersome being right after the stoplight trying to get parking and leaving. Usually they'll ask me when Idine in what my name is and I'll give them a random one that I think is funny just for enjoyment when I get a table with myfriends. Haven't had a bad customer experience here. Had my order messed up another day and got a $5 gift card refund withouteven having the receipt and an extra taco. This has been a while ago but the guy had no grief with me telling him about it.Really seamless to get a refund for that. Much better than the Taco Bell in Red oak. Read more
Ordered online, ready in 15 minutes for 11:45. I walk in at 11:44, wait for any of the staff to notice me. Try saying something... but don?t want to appear rude or impatient and I understand fast food is busy. 11:50 rolls around, another gentleman walks inand we both wait. Finally someone notices us and turns out they haven?t started my order. 12:03 I get handed my food.
