Went about 3pm. Biscuit and gravey looked like a someone had played in it. Steak and biscuit. Biscuit hard . baked a long time.... Drove back to bogagles when my sister and I refused to eat this mess. Went inside. Young man said manager walked out on job andthey didnt have a manager. Finally gave me refund. One woman there besides him. My advice to him was close the store for awhile. Get it together and open back up. I never have had a problem there until today. Giving bad food will kill your business. Better to be honest with customer. Be honest and you will keep your doors open. Try to cheat a customer and doors will beclosed permanently. People understand. Times are different now. Noone wants to work but hang in and get your business back.Thanks for listening. I want go back until I have been notified that things are better. Read more
Just got my drive thru order and I gotta leave a review. Theresa and Autumn are AWESOME!! (Sorry if I missed spell y?all?s... names) but everytime I?ve gone regardless of their day they have a smile and excellent service. They have never gotten my orderwrong and wanna give a shout out to the rest of staff for the other times I?ve been because it?s always been excellent serviceand food! Went here for my first time yesterday, ordered a side of mac and cheese as an early lunch, got home to find green beans. The... green beans were great, but I went back for dinner because I wanted mac and cheese. I ordered, got mac and cheese, (which wasalso great) but the gravy was left off the potatoes and i ordered a spicy sandwich for my husband but got a regular instead. Ithink the food is great, I just hope that nobody else has had their order wrong twice in a row. Read more
Your music is very irritating! Seasoned fries are over cooked! Your Cajun Chicken was hard! If you want to increase prices,... don't lose your quality that you had. Go back to basics. This location was the best but has been going down for some time! Wouldbe great to have Cheerwine back! Read more
Great staff very nice clean bathrooms. Food was great a little hot. My son dropped his food that he did not finish on his way... out and they gave him another free sandwich. We thought that was super nice. Read more

I don't rate fast food chains often, but they deserve it. That Cajun chicken biscuit... ????? We just moved here and didn't... have Bo's around us. We have been pleased each visit. This morning we tried the Cajun chicken biscuit. I got mine with cheeseand egg. My wife got the pimento cheese biscuit. The chicken was juicy and not overcooked. The biscuits were hot, fresh andbuttery. My wife said the pimento cheese was really good. The hash rounds are big and seasoned. Don't even need ketchup like youdo with places. The staff has been friendly and polite every time as well. Pros: juicy chicken, delicious big biscuits,friendly staff Cons: can get busy so long lines are common, other than that no complaints yet. Always my go to for a quick good meal except on Sunday. Dirty floors, behind the counter, lobby, and bathroom. Took forever... to clean up a ice spill in the lobby, teenage staff enjoyed their lunch break though in the lobby. Read more
