Arrived about 7pm. 2 of us. Dine in Placed a $32 order and took a seat. 15 min later. 7 coworkers started bickering back and... forth. None of them making orders but we still didnt have ours. 5 more minutes and someone notice we were staring at them. Haveyou placed an order? Yes about 20 min ago. Female looks around and finds it sitting on the counter to the left of the main pickup counter. Asked why no one said this order was ready? No reply. No drinks were with order because freeze machine was down. Mybean and cheese was in a clear plastic soda cup. And no order or 12 cinnamon balls were with order. No soap tp or paper towels in the bathroom. No hot sauces/napkins near the drink station. Soda fountain was out of baja... blast. Surreal. The one guy making food was hustling hard to get things out and was very polite. So that was redeeming. Read more
So glad they brought the Mexican pizza back!! Ordered my food on the kisok. I got it pretty quickly. However staff wasn't very... welcoming. They were in their kitchen and only talked to the customers when calling out orders. Read more
Food was wrong. We stood there and told them as they were making it and the young lady scoffed and argued with me. Still made it... wrong. Took it back and the staff was argumentative. I will never come back here. I will contact the franchise owner too.Customer service has completely tanked lately. Read more
This review is for the Taco Bell in the Walmart plaza on Hwy 411 in Maryville, this is by far the worst food we've ever eaten.... We ordered several soft chicken tacos and they were all cold, hardly put together as if just thrown together. Worst $23 we everspent!! Read more
The food was awesome, and even though the ac was out the portable units made it more comfortable than not. The manager at the... store today deserves a gold medal in customer service. There was a guy there who just wanted free food he kept claiming he hadordered through Uber eats, and such. Trying to talk this manager down into giving him free food. To his credit the manager kepthis cool, and acted professional. Very fantastic Taco Bell visit. The store was clean, the food piping hot and fresh andcustomer service phenomenal. Read more
Nice people working here, but the portion of the beans was a joke. (Took them back to the counter and got my money back.) Then... my beef burrito was more of a rice burrito with a little bit of beef. The rest of our order was fine. The restaurant was cleanand ordering on the kiosk was a breeze. Read more
the man at the speaker was extremely rude to me when asking me to wait before ordering. adding to that, he was showing plenty of... attitude when asked to clarify about not having the blasts. he also yelled at me that he had many big orders ahead of me. and iam okay to wait for food, and usually show patience. i would be able to make excuses for his behavior except i have been inmanagement for four years now. i have had food thrown at me, i have been cussed out, and i have dealt with a great deal ofattitude from customers. so as a customer who understands and respects the daily drama that they go through, i truly amdisappointed that i had such an awful experience. this is the worst time i've been to taco bell yet.
