Food was good, made correctly, hot and fresh, however the wait time was unreal, thus being the low review. I was inside for... carryout dining, I seen multiple people leave before getting their food, no one even tried to get a refund. I ended up waitingthem out..... Literally 30 min before I received my food, which was not abnormal order. Only a Mexican pizza. The people in theback were moving, but not like people had been waiting for 30 min n wanting their food moving! Noticed a lobby full of people aswell as a long drive thru line. A little faster pace would sure moved things along I feel like. Read more

We ordered a #1 (3 tacos) and #6 (2 chalupas and a taco) with drinks and twists. We received a bag full of mild sauce, 2 tacos,... 1 twist and the drinks. We went back through (without leaving the parking lot) to get it corrected and the (manager) gave usgreif about it. When we got the rest of the order there was no meat on the taco 6 pieces of chicken between 2 chalupas, and thebag looked like it had been in the trash. I'm pretty sure this was 100% intentional. 3 staff after midnight is definitely notunderstaffed as was his excuse when I called. Read more

Utterly off-putting business that treats it's customers as an inconvenience at best and an affront at worst. They've stopped... allowing customers inside on my last two attempts to visit. Before that, they stopped talking to customers at the counter andinsisted that only orders at a kiosk were acceptable. Once I attempted to use the drive thru only to be told only card paymentscould be accepted because they didn't want to make change. So, why do business with folks who don't want to interact withcustomers at all? Particularly when there's a fast food place a couple of hundred yards away that's glad to see you, has plentyof seating in a spotlessly maintained dining area, and will be glad to fix your burger the way you want it. So, unless you'reinto masochism, I'll be seeing you all at Burger King. Read more

Ordered 3 soft tacos on line. To pick up inside. Dinning Room closed. Went through drive thru not ready. Had to circle bock... around. 30 min. Later got my cold tacos. Read more

Meat tasted very off. No cleaned tables for my family to sit at. 12 of there I believe I counted 17 total tables were not clean.... In the middle of a pandemic you would assume that would be a priority to maintain their customer and employee health safety bycleaning and sanitizing. Leads to me wonder how clean the kitchen is if the dining room (which is the easiest place to keepclean, I'm a restaurant worker too) is proving to be too difficult. Read more

This location is headed down hill. Soft taco hardly any meat. Nacho Bell Grande hardly any meat. Cheesy Gordita crunch suffers... from the fate. When I say hardly I mean its NOTICEABLY less than usual. I think a vegetarian may have made my food tonight. Thenight crew may need retraining OR a manager that gives a hoot. See images.
