This is the second time we have placed an online order that we had to wait extra long to be fulfilled (40 minutes for a small... order). I have been let down by the Taco Bells in town for some time now. Coming back from the mountains very late the only thing open... was this newer Taco Bell. Sadly we stopped in for some food. I would have to say this experience was a shocker. The gentlementhat were there were very polite and happy to be there. The food was everything I had been missing from the other Taco Bells intown. We had honestly thought the Crunch wrap no longer had a tostada inside. My wife and I would joke that the crunch wrap lostits crunch. Well this Taco Bell made the food just like we remembered. We will no longer be going to any other Taco Bell intown. We will be going to this one even though we will have to drive a little further. Read more
I ordered 6 crunchy tacos from the drive thru, once I got home with my order and started eating I could not believe how stale... the taco shells were. I was a bachelor for many years and I know what a stale taco shell taste like. These shells had to bemonths and months past their shelve life. I called and reported it and the guy who answered the phone said thank you and hungup, no apology of any kind. No excuse for this kind of poor quality food. I am done with Taco Bell always an issue every timeyou eat there, add to that you only get a 1/2 of teaspoon of meat on anything you order. I just wish the American consumer wouldstop going to Taco Bell and demand better quality and customer service. I will have to be extremely desperate if they ever getany of my money Read more
Their Fryer was down. No sign telling you of this. Asked for Hot sauce, and got none. Was treated like I was a bother to them,... instead of a customer. Very poor customer service. And I Love Taco Bell food. To bad this one acted and treated people the waythey did. Read more
Fully staffed but extremely slow service. Nice window staff. Remake was incorrectly done...following Taco Bell policy seems to... only be a priority for ingredients and not a concern for how to actually prepare the menu item. Original food was not comparableto other Taco Bell experiences of the exact same order. Restaurant appeared at an average level of cleanliness. Read more
Went to the drive thru for Lunch. Lots of people and It moved slow. The speaker in the menu sucks. You can't hear them and I'm... certain they can't hear you. I say this because my order was screwed up so badly it had to be a contributing factor. I had topark and go inside give back what they gave me and get what I actually ordered. I gave three stars instead of two because theymade it right for free and gave me a coupon for a free taco on the next visit. This location has left stuff out of orders in thepast. I enjoy an occasional Taco Bell meal and this is the closest location. They need a revamp and some leadership at thisstore. Read more
Food is your usual Taco bell goodness. Except for the Nacho fries. They made those bad boys extra crispy unlike every other Taco... bell who gives them out half soft. But that's not why I'm leaving a review. This particular store seems to always have all thenew guys or is understaffed as well as either an extremely hectic or mildly hostile atmosphere. I've been here a hand full oftimes and it's been pretty consistent. Not sure what the issue is but someone very clearly needs to figure it out. Forget aboutthe customers for a second, these workers do not deserve to be that stressed. Read more
