Tells client 16h15 ready for pick up. Its 16h50 and they're still cutting the rolls. When I asked 30 mins in what's happening.... The Asian girl making the sushis excuse is " 'scuse monsieur, mais cest Noël". Don't promise a client a time then give attitudewhen you're running 45 mins late. Merry Christmas Yuzu. Read more
Food is decent but service can be slow. I placed my order on site at the counter for just 3 sets of two pieces and had to wait... 35 minutes for that small order. Read more
One would think they would understand, but 2 years later and still the same issue.. Delivery takes 2 hours to arrive. I reside 1... KM away from the restaurant... And we even have to pay the said delivery.. First and last time for me! Read more
The sushi are good, the service is great. Better call first to prepare your order before going there if you want quick service
Once again order was not ready Go somewhwre else!!!! They say 30mins and it takes over an hour. Lunch and dinner orders, neither... are better! After 3 times, it is clear that they have managing issues. If you do decide to order, check your order carefully, orjust gonto another one instead of Mascouche! Read more
