After an hour of ordering my pizza, I call the store and they say my order is out for delivery. However, their app says it is... still in "Quality Check" process. So much for accuracy. I miss the days when is was a 30 minute guaranteed delivery. Update: When calling the store, I was told my pizza just got taken out of the oven and the next driver that comes in will deliver. Should take about 30-45 minutes. I recommend if you must have Dominos, just do the pickup. Delivery has been going downhillfast recently. Read more
This store has been reliable and we've rarely had any problems. When our order came later than expected, they sent a coupon for... a free pizza or a %age off our next order. I appreciate that they're open later than a lot of places around here. They also havea drive-thru, which makes it even easier. Thank you, Domino's employees and owner of this location. Twice now, our order has taken over 30 minutes to be even put in the oven. When called to check, was informed that it would be... another 45 minutes, making it an hour and fifteen minutes for my order. Please get it together. Read more
I now remember why we drive the extra miles to a different location. Husband was driving past here so we decided to order for... pickup. The pizza was cold but the cheese didn't even look like it had ever melted at any point, it's was greasy, and tastedstale. Read more
Ordered two large two topping pizzas online for pickup on a Sunday afternoon. Notification I got said it'd be a 23-33 minute... wait. I decided to be courteous and wait til after the full 33 minutes before pulling up. They apologized and said one of mypizzas was still in the oven and made it sound like it was almost done. I sat there for approximately 20 minutes at the drivethru window before I received my pizzas. I'm not sure how it became that long of a wait but a heads up would be nice, or maybeoffer a coupon or something as compensation for my wasted time. Ordered here again and realized whether you order a 2 toppingor 5 topping they put the same total volume of ingredients on it. They sauce it up but skimp on the cheese and toppings if youdon't pay them extra so you end up with a limp soggy pizza that falls apart. I've bought frozen pizzas from the store for halfthe price that are twice as loaded up. Read more
Excellent customer service very friendly if you?re coming through Illinois I would highly recommend it it?s right off the... highway next to the pilot gas station so versus having a gas station pizza you could have an excellent pizza it is verydelicious I normally do not come on commercialized fast food change but on this occasion I have to say they are completelywonderful excellent pizzas Read more
Have had other quality issues in the past but gave them another chance because of convenience....pizza was slightly overcooked... but the garlic knots were so greasy that it went through the box and messed up my shirt. Definitely not going back now. Read more
