Good food and an excellent atmosphere. The staff here Works exceptionally hard. I recommend this place.
Not a good experience. For starters they had no record of a reservation made over the phone and hesitated when there was no one... else in the restaurant. Then was served an under filled glass of wine. Then the wine was turning sour...yuk. One of our plateswas dirty, the other had a piece of hair on it. To say this place was unprofessional is an understatement. The food was good,but one of us ordered a pineapple dish and was served something else entirely. We told the waiter and he did not apologize oroffer any amendments. That is completely unacceptable and we will not be returning. Read more
This place is a hit or a miss. Even when it is a hit it isn't phenomenal thai food but then again there have been moments where... this food seemed amazing! The problem with this place is the inconsistency of quality. Last night we ordered a couple of dishesand a couple of appetizers. One of the appetizers was yummy which were the crab rolls. The other appetizer was the crispy rollswhich are spring rolls and those were not good at all. Both our entrees were not what we expected they both fell short and madeus regret spending the money on takeout. After not being satisfied with our meals we both googled what the meal should havelooked like and sure enough our meals looked very different than the dishes we saw online. I think its important (and this isjust an example) but I think it is important for pad thai to look like pad thai no matter what thai place you go to. And padthai should taste like pad thai no matter which place you go to. Unfortunately this place does not provide that security. Thoughthe food can be delicious at times it can also be a complete miss where you are sitting there and thinking how can take outtaste so bad? Or man I should have just cooked it ate my leftovers. I recently visited this restaurant for dinner with a group of friends. The chicken satay skewers and crispy rolls we shared as... appetizers were both very good. My complaint, and it is a major grievance, is that the Pad Thai which I ordered and the HotBasil which one of my friends ordered were the worst which we had each ever ordered. Upon asking what the spice scale was I wastold that a 3 is the hottest. In turn, that is what I ordered. What I was served was a comparable -2. For a spiciness vantage itwas the most bland Pad Thai I have ever had. The service was sufficient, but their entrees really need improvement. Read more
Went today with my husband and baby for lunch. What a wonderful experience, food was delicious, service was more than... excellent! Left with a smile on my face, server was just so helpful, kind and friendly with a huge genuine smile! Definitelyrecommend! Read more
We loved the food, service and prices. The server was lovely -- thoughtful, knowledgeable and very helpful. The food was... spectacular. The "old favorites" were amazingly innovative -- familiar yet fresh with elegant touches that set the fare aboveand apart. Lots of delicious items we had not seen before ... Especially on the deep fried Cape. Highly recommended forsomething special every day. Read more
My son & I frequent here regularly, the beef noodle soup bowl is always our favorite!
