I went through the drive thru and ordered a coffee cake muffin warmed up, and when I paid for it and got it, it stunk the car up... to "high Heaven"! Didn't like the smell at all, but also it was all crumbled up, and falling apart. Went back in and changed itfor something else, instead. The manager told me "when the muffin is warmed up, it falls apart. Unacceptable!! That should nothappen, especially if you're paying for it. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, every single time this location messes up. They are nasty and rude and refused to help... repeatedly. It's especially great when the shift lead, Nicole, refuses to come over to deal with a customer situation and ontop of it half hour order was missing. I can't wait to call corporate tomorrow and let them know the abhorrent customer serviceand lack of quality this location has; they should be ashamed. P. S Train your staff to have basic respect if they are in apublic facing job. If they don't know the phone number to they location, they shouldn't tell you to "Google it, its not thathard." Read more
