I went through the drive thru and ordered a coffee cake muffin warmed up, and when I paid for it and got it, it stunk the car up... to "high Heaven"! Didn't like the smell at all, but also it was all crumbled up, and falling apart. Went back in and changed itfor something else, instead. The manager told me "when the muffin is warmed up, it falls apart. Unacceptable!! That should nothappen, especially if you're paying for it. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, every single time this location messes up. They are nasty and rude and refused to help... repeatedly. It's especially great when the shift lead, Nicole, refuses to come over to deal with a customer situation and ontop of it half hour order was missing. I can't wait to call corporate tomorrow and let them know the abhorrent customer serviceand lack of quality this location has; they should be ashamed. P. S Train your staff to have basic respect if they are in apublic facing job. If they don't know the phone number to they location, they shouldn't tell you to "Google it, its not thathard." Read more

Great friendly team of professionals. You know the menu. You know the business. Dunkin does what Dunkin does. You've been there... before I'm sure. THIS Dunkin is staffed by some really friendly and knowledgeable staff members that are quick and do a greatjob. The restaurant is clean. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend. I worked there and it was an miserable experience. The people who worked there were the meanest. All young girls who thought... they were "it". They were mean and the Manager allowed it to happen. IF EVER there was a case for bulling it was there Yes, I amwriting about you Jennifer. You should have been sued. Also, some of the customers were terrible. They were upset because youweren't moving fast enough and they were going to miss the ferry. Cops come and order coffee and leave without paying. I wouldhave waived the cost but they rush to leave like they were entitled. What a dismal job! Read more
I've been here about 15 times.. It's a typical Dunkins.. The location is a mess. It's up a hill on a busy street so, it's very... dangerous . parking is an issue, especially for Handicapped people. Like any Dunkins, the staff come & go.. So, I don't want tosay they will always have great staff.. But, all 15 times I've been there..the staff have been sweet, kind & accurate. Read more
Spacious and good internet, bathroom and natural sunlight. If you come between 8 and 10 to sit, it might be too much sunlight.... Mostly used as drive through so not too crowded. One of the folks behind the counter was doing a lot of coughing ? I hopecorporate can provide more incentives and support for staying at home when someone has something going on like that. Read more
