Getting far too expensive to shop here . I like Roche bros. For quick easy shopping. But the prices are through the roof.
We are local to Mashpee & really like this store. It is small and packed with many wonderful items. I see many comments here... that say it is expensive but they have a lot of items on sale each week that are less than another local grocery store. It isclean, looks inviting with an outside seasonal market as you enter the store with fresh produce, has a nice bakery, and a largeprepared food section - the salad with steak tips or salmon is larger than it looks and is really delicious/we buy it ratherthan going out to a restaurant sometimes. The cheese and meat departments have a nice selection for specialty foods or higherquality items. Management is very nice and helpful. One of them approached my sister while she was looking at specialtycheeses and asked her if he could help her with anything. They are very hands on! Many of the front end staff is younger but Ifind that refreshing that they are out working and learning at a young age. We were all there once. Love Roche bros for their baker items -especially their blueberry scones. That said, caveat emptor on their Lyman brand pies. ... Thought that when I paid $16.99 for a blueberry pie, I was getting some kind of homemade-esque 'luxury' quality pie. Wrong. Turned out to be an ordinary pie baked with what seems to be ordinary canned pie filing (at least that's what it seemed to be). Don't be fooled. Read more
Not my style, but there is nothing even remotely bad about it. It smaller than a super center grocery, which I prefer. They may... not have every variety you're looking for. I'm sure other customers love it. You will surely get in/out fast if you just need afew items. Read more
I wasn't thrilled my first time here. The produce selection was poor. What produce that was there was in fresh, beautiful... condition. Continueing through the store i came across the same. Its a small store and not all items and varieties areavailable. I think this is normal, not due to covid shortages. It is a nice grocery store, but i would hoose another sincethere are other options close. Read more
Was my first time going in this location here. Price of food, there up an down. Some items where to pricey compare to other... stores. They had a nice produce an desert section. I also notice they had more items then other stores. I loved the alreadyprepared meals. The coconut shrimp was so good. I will go back for a few things. Read more
Was on vacation and this was the closest supermarket. More expensive than my usual market but it was actually much nicer and... better stocked than my where I usually shop. Every single shelf had the items pulled right up to the front and neatly arranged. A huge selection of fresh baked goods, produce, and the deli counter had absolutely anything you could look for.
